Payment details are handled securely by third-party providers. We do not store card numbers or banking information.

 

Coaching session notes

 

Notes may be kept between sessions to support continuity and the quality of our work together. These are strictly private, accessible only within Oliver Peak and deleted upon request.

 

Technical data from the website

 

When you visit oliverpeak.com, Wix (our website host) collects standard technical data including IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent. This is processed by Wix in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

 

3. How We Use Your Data

 

Personal data is used only for the following purposes:

 

  • Responding to your enquiries and managing your sessions

  • Delivering the coaching services you have engaged

  • Meeting our legal and professional obligations

4. Confidentiality in Coaching

 

Confidentiality is a foundational principle of our work. Everything shared in a coaching conversation is strictly confidential. This applies whether sessions take place via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or in person.

 

We will not disclose the content of coaching sessions to any third party - including your employer - without your explicit prior consent. The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a credible risk of serious harm.

 

This commitment reflects both our professional standards and our alignment with the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

 

In the case of organisationally-sponsored coaching, any reporting arrangements are agreed in writing with all parties before the engagement begins. Coaching content always remains confidential.

 

5. Third-Party Services

 

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate our practice.

  • Wix - website hosting and contact forms

  • Zoom - video coaching sessions

  • Microsoft Teams - video coaching sessions

  • WhatsApp - messaging, calls and video coaching sessions

 

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. 

 

6. Data Retention

 

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and no longer than required by applicable law. Invoicing and payment records are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss accounting law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

 

7. International Data Transfers

 

Data is primarily processed in Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Some tools (Zoom, WhatsApp) may involve processing in the United States. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place - including Standard Contractual Clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification.

 

8. Your Rights

 

Under Swiss law (nDSG) and the GDPR, you have the right to:

 

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Receive your data in a portable format
