My name is Olivier.

 

For twenty years I've led teams and businesses across countries and cultures, through one of banking's most disruptive periods.

 

Today, I'm an executive coach and leadership advisor. I specialize in leadership transitions and team alignment.

I’m a CFA charterholder, with executive education at Harvard Business School, MIT and IMD.

I coach in English, French and Spanish (and, for sufficiently patient clients, German and Italian too).

 

Outside work, I live in the Swiss Alps, run the occasional marathon and have two children who, I fear, have heard enough about hiking for one lifetime.

I'd genuinely enjoy getting to know you.
